Not to anyone’s surprise, Sarah Palin is raising eyebrows again! The failed vice presidential candidate used $$$$ from her political action committee to buy thousands of copies of her own book, Going Rogue , and mail them to her donors. clASSy!!! “Due to supporters’ demand for the national best-seller Going Rogue , Sarah’s PAC purchased books and sent free, signed copies to those who donated $100 or more between November 16 and November 25 at noon,” said Palin’s spokeswoman Meghan Stapleton .
NBC Universal’s Profit Takes A Dive
Damn! Maybe you guys should have checked the books before you went ahead and fired Conan O’Brien ! In the fourth quarter, profits fell 30% at NBC Universal , due to disappointing DVD sales, dismal movie releases, securing rights to NFL programing, and “new programming investments,” otherwise known as Jay Leno’s one hour shit show. Operating profit at Universal fell $200 million, while revenue declined by more than $400 million.

And it’s almost unheard of! Kings of Leon have left Columbia Records for Warner Brothers where they will be paying to record their own albums! The band will pay half the recording costs from their own pocket and in return have more control and get a bigger share in the profits.
