We wonder how this is going to work out, especially given the nature of the suit!! Pink Floyd is currently in a legal battle with their label, EMI Group Ltd , over what kind of royalty payments they should be awarded in the age of digital music!! The group’s lawyer, Robert Howe , claims their contact prohibits selling tracks “otherwise than in the original configuration of the Pink Floyd albums,” while EMI says the rule only covers their physical albums!!
