Treating herself to a gourmet dinner, Kate Gosselin was spotted hitting up Nobu restaurant in New York City last night (March 10). Joined by her “Dancing with the Stars” partner Tony Dovolani, the former “Jon and Kate Plus 8” mommy showed off her new shorter ‘bob’ haircut as she strolled past shutterbugs.
